- Go to “Settings.”
- Click on “Configurations.”
- Navigate to “Kiosk Configurations.”
- Click the sliding on/off button beside “Ask visitor screening questions on kiosk.”
- Click “Save Changes.”
When turned on, visitors will receive a popup while signing in and must answer screening questions. Based on their answers, they will be marked safe or unsafe in the visitor log, allowing appropriate action to be taken.
