Menu Items Introduction

Location Selector: Choose from registered company locations to modify corresponding data. The dashboard dynamically updates based on the selected location.

EVRM System: Features dedicated to the selected location.

Visitors Menu: Manages visitor-related functions.

3.1. Visitor Logs: Displays visitor information including host’s name, entry and exit times. Admin can manually sign out visitors and export data.

3.2. Invites: View pre-invited visitor data and access the visitor invitation form for touchless entry via QR code.

3.3. GDPR: Ensures compliance with visitor privacy regulations. Admin can delete visitor data with one click.

Rooms Menu: Controls meeting room functionalities.

4.1. Company Rooms: Create, edit room settings, and manage rooms.

4.2. Booking: Schedule meetings, view booking data on a calendar, and access the booking form for pre-booking.

Employee Directory: Manages employee-related tasks.
